Before You attend your first practice session: 1. Contact Coach Bray and make sure we have availability. 2. Click on the Club Information Flyer and Medical Release Form in the Document link above and print a copy to bring with you to the first practice session. 3. You must have membership with AAU. Visit play.aausports.org to join. During the joining process, you will be asked if you are a member of a club. You will join under Zero G Elite Pole Vault (Club Number W35B83). When you finish registering, write your AAU# down on the club flyer and Medical Release Form
4. Please make sure you fill out the information packet in the club brochure and the Medical Consent form thoroughly. This is very important because should something happen with your child that requires medical attention and you are not present, we need to be able to contact you, your spouse, or an emergency contact. If we should have to call for medical help, they will not treat your child unless we have the waiver signed, and insurance information.
5. Bring your completed flyer and Medical Consent Form with you to your first club session so that we can record and file your information. 6. Messaging

There may be other meets that we attend in the winter and summer months that require membership with other organizations, such as USATF or TAFF. Club Fees: Group Session Rates: The cost is $120.00 per month. This gives you unlimited lessons each month at any club team session We normally try to have 8-12 practice sessions a month, so by paying monthly, you get each lesson for between $15 and $20 per 2 hour session. Fees must be paid monthly by the 15th day of each month. Private Session Rates: Private lessons are also available and at the discretion of Coach Brandon. Private lessons will be conducted by Brandon Bray, and you must negotiate a time and fee for any lessons with him.
Annual pole usage Fee: There will be a $100.00 annual pole fee to help support pole replacement and to cover if any poles are broken during the season. This fee is collected during February to cover pole usage during the School Outdoor Season.
Participation in other clubs while a member at Zero G: Regular participation in another club while in Zero G is strictly prohibited. If you are traveling, or in an area where you could visit another club on a random basis, we support this as well as attending summer camps.
